PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Initial deposit – 50 % Upon Blocking of Services. Full Payment Would Be Due 30 Days Prior Departure.

Balance – 45 days Before Arrival

Payment for The Tour Must Be Made as Per the Invoice, Payment Terms & Conditions.

A bank remittance charge of USD 40 will be added to the invoice amount for all international bank transfers.

In Case of Last-Minute Bookings, a 100% Guarantee Payment in Our Indian Back Account Has to Be Provided as A Deposit to Confirm the Booking and Release the Service Vouchers, Payments Will Be Reversed Back After Remittance Done and Acknowledged by Accounts.

Interest @ 24% per annum will be charged on all outstanding bills after due date.

Any On-Board Expenses Will Have to Be Paid by The Client Directly in Cash or Credit Card.

All Bookings That Are Received Within 10 Days of The Tour Are Subject to $15 Per Person Surcharge Due to Booking Logistics.

HOTEL POLICIES:

The Rates Are Net and Non-Commissionable Quoted in USD $ (United States Dollar) All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

No Rooms Have Been Booked. The Quote Is Subject to Availability at The Time of Booking / Confirmation.

Hotel Charges Additional Hotel Services Called Resort Fee to Be Paid at Hotel Directly by The Clients Wherever Applicable & It’s Not Included in Room Rate Quoted.

At the Time of All Hotels Check-In's, A Mandatory Credit Card Will Be Required to Check-In at All Hotels. Failure to Provide A Valid Credit Card at Check-In Will Result in The Reservation Being Cancelled, And the Guest Will Be Unable to Access Their Room or Services.

All Hotels Will Collect the Advance Amount from The Guests, No Charges Are Levied Unless the Guest’s Use. Guests Are Responsible for Their Incidental Charges at The Hotel.

Regarding Breakfast in USA & Canada It Is Always for 2pax in A Room and The Extra Pax Have to Pay Directly for Breakfast. However Sometimes There Are Hotels Which Allows Breakfast for All the Pax’s in A Room. We Can Recheck on This After We Make the Reservation.

Official Check-In Time: 04:00 Pm & Check-Out Time: 11:00 Am (Varies from Hotel to Hotels)

Guest Must Be at Least 21 Years of Age on the Day of Check-In. For Some Hotels the Minimum Age Is 18.

Our Company Will Make Every Effort for Early Check in at The Hotels, For Groups Coming in Early and We Cannot Guarantee and It’s at the Discretion of Hotel.

TRANSFERS & TOURS POLICIES:

Once the itinerary is booked & confirmed, please note that no last-minute changes would be entertained on tour which would involve additional payments.

The Guest Will Have to Reconfirm Their Tour & Transfers 24 Prior Departure and Reconfirm the Pick-Up Time by Guest Name Mentioned on the Vouchers.

Tips & Gratuities Are Mandatory in USA and to Be Given to The Drivers and Guides Without Them Asking You - $5 Per Person Per Day to The Driver and If Guide Separately.

To Provide Excellent Service Towards Passenger Airport Pick-Ups, We Need the Flight Details Minimum of 1 Week Prior Along with Cell Phone Number.

In cities where there are multiple airports, it's common for each Airport to have its own transfer-fee structure and charges. The above quote is specifically quoted on the mentioned Airport for Arrival or Departure. In case of any changes in the Airport for Arrival or Departure the charges will vary and the final quote will have to be re-quoted as per the Airport.

All transfers taken before 4 AM and/or post 9 PM will be applicable with an Additional surcharge of 20 USD.

Arrival Transfers Booked in USA Are All Curb Side Pickup the Clients Will Have to Call the Driver/Primary Contact Number Given on the Voucher to Update their exact Location. Unless and Until a Meet and Greet Is Requested Which Is Always at an Additional Cost.

For International Airport Arrival Pick up Only 60 Minutes Waiting Time Is Free, Over and Above the Clients Will Have to Pay the Additional Charges Directly to The Driver. (For First Time Travellers to USA Or CANADA Its Advisable to Book Their Arrival Pick-Up Time One Hour Later After the Flight Arrives to Avoid Additional Waiting Charges After 60 Minutes of Free Waiting Time)

For Domestic Airport Arrivals Pick-Up Only 45 Minutes Waiting Time Is Free, Over and Above the Clients Will Have to Pay the Additional Charges Directly to The Driver.

For Normal Pick-Ups & Departures Transfers Only 15 Minutes Waiting Time Is Free, Over and Above the Clients Will Have to Pay the Additional Charges Directly to The Driver.

The Quote for Arrival Or Departure Transfers Is Based On 1 Check-In Bag Per Person Along With 1 Carry-On. In Case the Luggage is More Than One Check-In Bag Per Person the Vehicle Needs to Be Upgraded to A Bigger Vehicle and Be Informed Before Confirmation Which Will Be at Additional Cost. (Please See Below Vehicle Types & Luggage Policy)

For Transfers in SEDAN Baggage allowance is total 2 big check-inn bag and 2 handbags in total.

For Transfers in SUV (Sport Utility Vehicle) Baggage allowance is total 4 big check-inn bag and 4 handbags in total.

For Transfers in MUV/MPV (LUXURY SUV) (Multi Utility Vehicle or Multi-Purpose Vehicle) Baggage allowance is total 7 big check-inn bag and 7 handbags in total.

For Transfers in VAN (10-Seater) No of Passengers Max 10 with 1 Big Bag and 1 Small Bags each.

For Transfer in VAN (14-Seater) No of Passengers Max 14 with 1 Big Bag and 1 Small Bags each.

Tour Vehicle Based on Specific Hours Booked is for with-in City Limits and not outside the City Unless informed earlier for Outside City Limits Tolls will be applicable and would be paid directly to the Driver and cannot be pre-paid.

Tour Vehicle Booked for Specific Hours Starts When the Vehicle Reports to The Pickup Point at The Designated Hour (Not When the Client/Group Boards the Vehicle) And Ends When the Vehicle Arrives Back at The Drop Off Point at The Designated Hour.

For Intercity coach transfers if booked & for any reason your bus delayed please call ONE ABOVE LLC. Emergency staff and let them know so that you are not charged waiting charges. This needs to be notified minimum one Hour ahead of time before the driver is dispatched.

CHILD SEAT DISCLAIMER:

We Are a Family Company and Care About the Safety of Children Riding in Our Vehicles. If You Are Traveling with A Child (Or Children) Who Require a Child Safety Seat, You Will Be Required to Provide the Seat and Install Them in The Vehicle. Due to Safety Regulations Our Chauffeurs Are Not Permitted to Assist in The Installation of the Seats.

No Refunds Either in Part or Full Will Be Made for Any Unused Services in Above Package Like Ground Transportation, Meals, Accommodation, Sightseeing Tours.

We Are Not Responsible for Any Missed Breakfast Due to Flight Timings.

No Intercity Surface Transfers Are Included Unless Specified in The Package.

We Are Not Responsible for Any Excess Baggage Charges on Tour.

Any Change in The Number of Passengers Will Have a Deviation in The Package Price.

We Reserve the Right to Change Any Information, Route or Attractions Before or After Your Booking Due to Events Beyond Our Control Like Bad Weather, Any Natural Calamity, Any Accident, And or Any Logistic Issues.

Airlines Rates Are Approx. And Are Subject to Change at The Time of Booking. The Terms & Conditions of The Airlines Will Be Applicable as Per the Airlines Policy.

Vouchers Will Be Released 48 /72 Hours After We Receive the Full Payments / 07 Days Prior to the Departure.

CANCELLATION CHARGES APPLICABLE STRICTLY AS PER THE CANCELLATION POLICIES BELOW:

100% cancellation fee" for Hotels after the mentioned cancellation date.

Cancellation 30-16 Days Prior to the Departure Date: 50% Of the Land Package Cost.

Cancellation 16-07 Days Prior to the Departure Date: 75% Of the Land Package Cost.

Cancellation 07 Days or Less Prior to the Departure Date or A ‘No Show’ On the Tour: 100% Of the Total Tour Cost.
